Renting retail space in shopping malls is not a new concept, but H-Our Store brings innovation by digitizing the entire process. From browsing spaces to payment and access, everything happens within the app—offering flexibility, including rentals as short as one hour.
The short-term rental market is constantly evolving, and an app-based hourly rental system perfectly aligns with new customer expectations. However, building such a solution came with technical challenges. We had to integrate automated invoicing, PayU payments, and smart lock systems to ensure a seamless user experience.
Additionally, the project had to be completed in just six months. This required careful selection of features to create a product that was both functional and user-friendly. Notably, H-Our Store is the first app to successfully integrate Flutter technology with PayU’s SDK, setting a new standard for digital retail rentals.
In the app, you can rent a shop space for a few hours or a few days. You can, for example, rent the space over the weekend or at selected times during the day. You are in charge Everything is carried out in mobile app.
Once you have paid for the rental of the space, you will receive a code to open the room. There is no need to hand over the keys. Instruction on how to use the room is also within the app, in the description.
Besides, in the app, you will also browse real photos – you can see exactly what the rental spaces look like. You save time and you don’t risk You do not call, nor make an appointment. No one mediates the handover. All you need is app. It only takes 5 minutes to rent a space. And because short-term rentals are low-risk. You can stop renting virtually any time.

We have developed The H-Our Store app in 6 months. It is an innovation in the Polish short-term retail rental market. The first stage after the launch of the app is treated as a pilot. Therefore, in the beginning, the app will serve just 1 shop in Poznan. We will be monitoring user reactions and drawing conclusions from users’ behaviours. In the final variant, the app will show hundreds of retail spaces available for rent.
